Prof. Hailong Jiang, visited our lab at the Energy College Campus on May 10th, 2024. He gave an awesome talk on the research in the following aspects, such as (1) Microenvironment regulating the electronic state of the metal catalytic center to improve the activity and selectivity of the catalyst. (2) Using the cavity microenvironment to regulate substrate enrichment and selective adsorption. (3) Based on chiral microenvironment, the environment interacts with the substrate to trigger enantioselective reactions. (4) The structure of the diatomic catalyst is carefully designed to generate an adaptive dynamic microenvironment, which greatly enhances the activity and selectivity of the catalyst.
